Turkey's cutting edge gastronomy conference sponsored by S.Pellegrino, returns for a third year with yet another increedible chef line-up.

Mitsuharu Tsumura, Virgilio Martinez, Kamilla Seidler,  Joan Roca, Mauro Colagreco are just a few of the international chefs joining the talks at at the Haliç Congress Center in Istanbul to debate this year's theme: "Product."

4 Hands Dinner Singapore

One Michelin star restaurant, JAAN in Singapore will host an exclusive Four Hands experience in collaboration with Chef Simon Rogan, chef-owner of two Michelin star restaurant L’Enclume and Rogan & Co.

Speaking of event Kirk Westaway said: “This Four Hands experience promises to delight diners with a focus on optimising the season’s best like no other.”

A decadent eight-course dinner features Chef Kirk’s signature Confit Hen’s Egg, a reconstructed interpretation of a traditional breakfast of eggs and toast as well as Winter Harvest Vegetable and Venison Juniper while Chef Simon brings a Dill Brined Cabbage with wasabi, mushroom and truffle, and an indulgent treat in the form of Turbot Braised in Ham Fat, complete with marinated prawns and lettuce.

The six-course lunch menu opens with Chef Kirk’s light but flavourfully nuanced Foie Gras Apple Chip and also includes Chef Simon’s Salted Gooseberry and Herb Tart with sea scallops and lovage broth.
