Welcome Conference 2019: "Person, Place or Thing"
Welcome Conference, in partnership with S.Pellegrino, returns for a sixth year of rousing disuscussions on 3 June at the Lincoln Center in New York.
The one day event focused on the hospitality aspect of the restaurant industry will this year center on the theme of ‘person, place or thing" inspired by the wheel of fortune puzzle topic, and will be hosted by Will Guidara, Anthony Rudolf and Brian Canlis.
An eclectic mix of speakers are set to speak on stage, from a range of disciplines including chefs and restaurateurs, filmakers, entrepreneurs, psychologists and writers. All will have the opportunity to speak freely on the greatest lessons they have learned and the person, place or thing that taught them that lesson.
Will Guidara form 11 Madison Park and Anthony Rudolf, first created the event in 2014 to inspire the "front of house" community and give opportunity for idea sharing and reflecting on best practice. Other themes have included, being right, being present and restoration. Discover what happened in previous editions.
