Visit Albany Wine and Chocolate Festival 2019 for a One Stop Tasting Shop

What could be better than a wine festival, than a double serving of a wine and chocolate festival! If that sounds like your idea of gourmet heaven, head on down to the Albany Wine and Chocolate Festival in New York state on March 2 to get your fill!

For this third edition, the region's best wineries will gather at The Desmond Hotel allowing wine enthusiasts an unlimited sampling of dozens of fabulous wines of all styles and tastes from the region's vineyards, from Americana Vineyards & Winery to Yellow Barn Winery, with wineries yet to be announced.

The day will be split into two sessions to allow connoisseurs the opportunity to give their full attention of the assembled wine producers to sip and sample dozens of different wines from across New York State.

New York is America’s third largest wine-producing state by volume and includes top wine growing regions, Finger Lakes, Long Island, Niagara Escarpment & Lake Erie and Hudson River. It's pumping out some interesting wines and it's a great chance to take a closer look at the assembled local producers and wine scene in one spot.

And, if you decide to re-stock your cellar, you can always take advantage of the wine pick-up service!

However, this festival's not all about wine. Foodies will have a great selection of chocolates, cheeses and sweets to choose between, from R & G Cheesemakers to Spacey Tracy's Pickles!
