There are hundreds of festivals throughout the UK, each with there own unique flavour and with Taste being only one of the many on offer it's only fair to mention some of the other events yet to take place this year.
Pembrokeshire Fish Week, Wales 25th June - 3rd July
This festival is a huge event lasting an entire week. Held in Milford Haven there's cookery demonstrations, a produce market, seafood as far as the eye can see and street theatre presentations documenting the fortunes of the local fishing industry. Attendees can take idyllic boat trips to catch Mackerel and also indulge in fishing lessons. For those feeling Noma inspired there's also foraging lessons that teach visitors about shellfish, herbs, crustaceans and edible seaweeds.

The Great British Beer festival - 2 – 6 August
This is the biggest beer festival in britain and is held at Earls Court in London. Offering real ales, international beers and even ciders and beer lessons for those who treat a good ale like a sophisticated wine. Organised by the campaign for real ale the festival provides a great insight into the world of ale. The champion beer of Britain is also announced at the event and there's also some tradition pub snacks to try.
