Taste Talks: an Exciting Food Symposium Unfolds in Brooklyn and Chicago

Leaders, luminaries and food enthusiasts from around the world will gather at this year’s S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna sponsored Taste Talks in Brooklyn (11-13 September) and Chicago (2-4 October). Expect one of a kind experiences and explorations into the future of taste with food centered symposia, tastings dinners and parties.
Over 100 chefs and speakers will be present, cooking and speaking in conferences, including; April Bloomfield, Dominique Anseland Paul Kahan.
All Star BBQ
The world's top chefs share some of their best BBQ creations and signature dishes cooking at separate grilling stations where guests will be able to mingle.
Dessert Party (Brooklyn)
Pastry chef Dominique Ansel will create 7 desserts at an exclusive roof-top party, accompanied by an original DJ set by Questlove.
