Taste of Rome is Coming

After the great success of Milan's event, the 'Taste' festival is ready for the first edition of Taste of Roma Festival, that begins on the 20th of September and will run for three days at the Auditorium Parco della Musica in the Italian capital.

Packed full of food events, lectures, demonstrations, samples and some of the best restaurants in Rome the event - sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna - is a unique way to enjoy Italy's wonderful capital in terms of its culinary wonders.

Twelve chefs from all over the city (in the group picture at the top of the page), together with some special 'guest chefs' from all over Italy, will attend - sharing their ideas and food with revelers. From monkfish tripe to small prosciutto filled cannelloni, beef carpaccio infused with seuchong tea, tiramisù past, present and future - pasta, rice, fish, meat and some of the ripest fruit and veg around - if you love Italian food there's no better place to be.
