As part of the annual Vietnam Restaurant & Bar Awards 2020, Chef Thitid Tassanakajohn (#20 Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2019) and Chef Dej Kewkacha from Thailand are joining forces with Chef Peter Cuong Franklin (Harper's Bazaar Vietnam Chef of the Year 2019) in Ho Chi Minh City for a two-day culinary crossover on February 25 and February 26.
The menu will play heavily on seasonal ingredients from Vietnam and Thailand and pay homage to the vibrant Viet and Thai food cultures.
This six hands menu will feature eight courses and wine pairings, plus two special desserts from pastry extraordinaire, Chef Dej Kewkacha.
