1. Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants - 26 September
Mexico city will host one of the most prestigious restaurant awards ceremony's in the calendar: Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants at the Centro Cultural Roberto Cantoral. Now entering its fourth year the S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna sponsored event is the one to watch highlighting some of the world's best chef talent. Ahead of the awards ceremony Kamilla Seidler of Gustu, Bolivia has been named as Latin America's Best Female chef 2016, with the Lifetime Achievement Award 2016 going to Claude Troisgros of Rio's Olympe restaurant.
2. Andoni Aduriz and Virgilio Martinez at Mirazur (France): 8 September, 21 September
Mauro Colagreco celebrates his 10th anniversary at Mirazur with an incredible line–up of 10 guest chefs. Next up is Andoni Aduriz of Mugaritz restaruant in San Sebastian, Spain on 8 September. He is also this year's mentor for Spain-Portugal at S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2016. Following later in the month is the wold famous Virgilio Martinez of Central restaurant in Lima, Peru on 21 September.

3. Mistura 2016 (Peru): 2 –11 September
Lima, Peru hosts Latin America's largest and highest profile food event in the culinary calendar. Visitors will get the chance to rub shoulders with the likes of Virgilio Martinez, as well as tap into a hugely diverse gastronomic offering and an exciting array of ingredients.

4. eat!BRUSSELS, drink!BORDEAUX (Belgium): 8 – 11 September
Parc de Bruxelles, Brussels will fill with masterclasses and top chefs. Drink Bordeaux wine and enjoy signature dishes from some of Belgium's top chefs.
5. Feast Portland (USA): 15 –18 September
The trend–setting Pacific NorthWest Head will host an eclectic food event with a charity bent.
6. Music City Food + Wine, Nashville (USA): 17 &18 September

8. World Gourmet Festival, Bangkok (Thailand): 19 – 25 September
A top gourmet food festival welcomes world class chefs, winemakers and artisans to Bangkok for a series of top class dinners.
9. Terra Madre (Italy): 22 – 26 September
A huge celebration of food from all over the world can be found at this bi–annual event taking place in various locations around Turin, Italy.
