Wine & Food Festival Cancun – Riviera Maya 2017 brings the best chefs, sommeliers and wines from Mexico, and the world, to this renowned destination from 15 to 19 March to celebrate the best flavours of the country.
Lovers of haute cuisine and good wine will be able to enjoy the spectacular four day food series sponsored by S.Pellegrino with wine tastings, gala dinners, cooking demonstrations live music and more all set against the spectacular backdrop of Riviera Maya, Cancun.
Highlights include a tribute dinner to New York, with five courses prepared by three New York chefs (Emma Bengtsson from Aquavit, Markus Glocker from restaurant Bâtard, Bryce Shuman from restaurant Betony) and best of Mexico with Jorge Vallejo showcasing his dishes at Quintonil in Mexico City, No. 12 in the World’s 50 Best, they'll also hold a conference session on technique, and be sure not to miss the gourmet tacos from 16 Mexican top chefs.
