Infact lovers of haute cuisine and good wine will be able to enjoy a spectacular four day food series sponsored by S.Pellegrino celebrating five years of the Wine & Food Festival at theRiviera Maya, Cancun.
The Mexican Caribbean will welcome celebrities of haute cuisine, personalities from the world of wine and the most demanding of gourmands with a celebration that combines the incredible flavors of Mexico along with the blue sea and the spectacular crimson sunsets of Quintana Roo.
The Tribute Dinner for this year's event is Albert Adrià featuring the culinary participation of Jonathan Gómez Luna (Le Chique), Paco Mendez (Santa Leaf) , Xavi Pérez Stone(achiote), Jorge Vallejo (pigweed) and Rafael Zafra (Tickets). The unique event is an opportunity to present the creativity of the legendary restaurant El Bulli , and one that many great chefs have been involved in the past, including the likes of Ferran Adrià, Massimo Bottura, Daniel Boulud, Joan Roca, and Juan Mari Arzak.
