In what is being billed as a 'first for Asia' an impressive one off event has been crafted by two award winning Italian chefs, Umberto Bombana and Enrico Cerea, featuring the world's most delicious tuber, the Alba White Truffle.
Held in the Michelin Starred Italian restaurant, 81/2 Otto e mezzo, located inside the Galaxy Hotel, Macau, an exclusive six course dinner designed by the two three Michelin starred chefs will be held over four consecutive nights from the 12th to the 15th November 2015.
Chef Umberto Bombana, who is lauded as Worldwide Ambassador of the White Truffle by the Piedmontese Regional Enoteca Cavour joins forces with Chef Enrico Cerea who hails from the famous Da Vittorio restaurant in Bergamo in northern Italy in what looks like an unmissable night for dedicated truffle fans.

8½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA, Galaxy Macau, will also run a month-long a la carte menu available from 1 Nov to 15 December, featuring fresh Alba White Truffle in dishes such as Egg in Raviolo with Ricotta Cheese and Spinach, Hazelnut Butter and Alba White Truffle; Homemade Tagliolini with Butter, Parmesan and Alba White Truffle; and White Truffle Ice Cream with Chestnut, Panettone and Alba White Truffle.
