Save the Date: Taste of Hong Kong

Taste of Hong Kong arrives for the first time ever at Hong Kong's Central Harbour front this March from 10th to 13th promising a stunning celebration of Hong Kong's diverse dining scene.

Over four indulgent days the city’s the interactive festival will showcase the best in the cities culinary talent and restaurants offering eating, drinking and entertainment against the backdrop of the city.

Over 50 boutique producers of the best food, beverages and premium brands will also be on hand providing a bountiful food market for hungry revellers.

Around a dozen of the most talked about restaurants will be offering 3-4 signature dishes in 'taste' size portions leaving you free to craft your very own dream tasting menu all in one location.

Aberdeen Street Social, Amber, Arcane, Chino, Duck and Waffle, Duddell’s (Two Michelin star), Serge et le Phoque, Tin Lung Heen (Two Michelin star), Tosca, Yardbird, Ronin and more.

Chef Line-up

An interesting line-up includes; Chris Whitmore, Christophe Pele, Daniel Doherty, Erik Idos, Hin Chi Siu, Matt Abergel, Pascal Aussignac, Paul Lau, Richard Ekkebus, Pino Lavarra and Shane Osborne.

There will be other features at the event too including food and beverage demonstrations, sake tastings and more.

Don't miss Sunday's grocery Sake bar and the Chef's table, with a chance to get up close and intimate chatting to some of the region's most acclaimed chefs.
