Latin America's largest food event returns from 2-11 September for a spectacular fusion of indigenous foods and world class chefs including Virgilio Martinez.
Latin America's largest food festival, Mistura, returns for its ninth year to the capital of Lima, Peru for 10 days filled with taste and colour representing the country's unique rich gastronomic and cultural diversity.
The gastronomic fair with a difference will be held from 2 to 11 September, in what has become a culinary destination of Latin America, showcasing all Peruvian specialities, as well as hosting a diverse offering of cuisines from around the world in the international pavilion boasting the flavours of India, Morocco and Mexico, with a good side helping of culture, dances and more parties.

Chef Guests
Alongside indigenous foods from local farmers, special guests this year include world class chefs Virgilio Martinez and Diego Muñoz, who will conduct cooking demonstrations highlighting why Lima has become a cutting edge food hub.
Mistura’s Grand Market
Mistura’s Grand Market forms the heart of the fair, allowing hundreds of Peruvian farmers to congregate and present the great diversity of products from Peru. Peruvian chefs will cook delicious dishes in the kitchen of the Grand Market.
