Atlanta Food & Wine Festival returns to Midtown Atlanta from June 2 - 5, 2016 celebrating the cuisine of the 'South' in its sixth annual event.
The four-day weekend of culinary and wine themed events and treats will see more than 250 chefs, sommeliers, mixologists, pitmasters and artisans from across the South, from Texas to the District of Columbia, step into the culinary spotlight.
Food and drink traditions of the South will be explored through a variety of Learning Experiences, Tasting Tents, Dinners & Events and Masterclasses - perfect for a foodie excuse for an outing, whether you want to be entertained or educated, whether you're a novice or a connoisseur.
Show veterans will notice a few new additions on last year's programme, including:
A Series of Masterclasses: Master sommeliers will lead classes for more profound learning, from rare bourbons to country hams.
Destination Delicious: Guests will embark on a virtual road trip through some of the South’s top food and drink destinations.
Sunday Brunch: An exclusive Sunday brunch with food and drinks by more than 15 chefs and mixologists, accompanied by live music.
Tasting Tents: Featuring the best flavours of the South.
Vineyard in the City: A pop-up vineyard and event venue will host exclusive masterclasses, including a “Grapes from A to Z” Wine Luncheon with Master Sommeliers and a VIP Sunday Brunch.
