The four day haute cuisine event returns to the Basque country's culinary capital from 8 to 11 October 2017 for its 19th edition setting the global benchmark for all that 's new and exciting on the culinary circuit.

This year's world cuisine to step into the spotlight is India -"mysterious, fascinating, magical, unknown, exotic, infinite" and of course led by none other than leading Indian chef Gaggan Anand from the best restaurant in Asia according to The 50 Best Restaurants along with 13 colleagues and compatriots to reveal the culinary diversity of India.
