The Salon du Fromage (Cheese and Dairy Fair) returns from 23 to 26 February 2020 in Paris. The long awaited moment when sector professionals get to meet curious people to discover new products and the latest trends in dairy, as well as flagship, produce from across Europe for four days at the Parc des Expos de Porte de Versailles.

This year, the Cheese Fair will take visitors to Spanish lands allowing them to discover Iberian treasures such as Torta del Casar, Manchego, queso Tetilla, Mahon, Cabrales, Picon, Idiazabal or even Serena. With more than 150 à la carte cheeses, "Spain has a long cheese tradition which has been enriched over time with many Celtic, Roman, Arab influences ... and has been transmitted, in part, thanks to the numerous convents that pilgrims encountered on the Camino de Compostela. "
"From the 1980s, we witnessed a return of artisanal Spanish cheeses and the organization of the sector. Choosing Spain as the country of honor for 2020 thus allows us to highlight their dynamism and diversity of their production "says Céline Glineur, director of the show.
THE CHEESE SHOW EVENTS
The Cheese Fair will also be an opportunity to attend professional masterclasses, in particular on agreements with cheese. Wine but also beer, whiskey, champagne, sake, honey, jam and even chocolate, the possibilities are endless!
The show will also elect the favourite products of this 2020 edition, as well as the competition for the best cheese platter.
