Starchefs is sponsoring a Prosciutto di Parma Recipe Contest in which all food industry professionals can participate. The grand prize winner will receive $1,000 cash, a leg of prosciutto also get a chance to meet and train with Italy's most famous chef Massimo Bottura at his restaurant in Modena.
Ten qualifying finalist will receive a leg of prosciutto of which three chosen finalists will also be awarded $1,000 in cash.
