Pop Up Pergola Eatery Comes to London Rooftop

London is a mecca for all things theatre, fun and fashion, but sometimes you just need an excuse to get away from it all. 

And where better to experience a touch of escapism than sat on a sunny Mediterranean-style rooftop eatery 170ft above it all?

Named the 'Pergola on the Roof ' this is London's new rooftop dining experience and answer to summer dining al fresco, operating from 26 May to 29 August. 

Four street food-style restaurants will cater for up to 400 self-service diners, including charcuterie and bar Salt Yard, rotisserie chicken outfit Le Coq, seasonal foraged fare at Rabbit and burger legends, Patty & Bun. Both affordable lunches and dinners will be served, with many dishes coming in at under £10.

One of the largest pergolas in Europe, the wooden open air structure will be adorned in flowering plants set against the backdrop of white washed walls and a mural, giving that summer holiday vibe. And if it rains? No problem, there's always the retractable roof to keep diners dry.
