The largest food festival in South America comes to Peru next month in the fascinating 10 day celebration of Peruvian produce and chefs
Showcasing the very best Peru has to offer this enourmous food festival will include top chefs and farmers right down to the smallest, quirkiest, quinoa producers.
The unique ten day celebration of flavour is set to take place in Lima, Peru from 4th to the 13th September 2015.
Now in its 8th year, the event will attract thousands of visitors and hundreds of producers. Chef appearances can be expected from some of the top leading lights in the industry and a Grand Market featuring over 180 producers from all over Peru.
The theme of this year's event is focused on Artisans with appearances from the likes of famed Italian butcher Dario Cecchini, American cookbook author and researcher, Harold McGee, prominent Belgium cheeseaffineur Frederic Van Tricht and Rick and Michael Mast, of Mast Brothers Chocolate shop in New York.
