Participating chefs include Noma co-founder Mads Refslund, Marcus Jenmark from AquavitVesa Parviainen from Mast Brothers, Esben Holmboe-Bang from Maaemo in Oslo and Carl Kristian Frederiksen from Aammans-Copenhagen.

The festival will kick off with an invitation-only Noridc whiskey cocktail followed by a Norweigan seafood dinner at Oceana. The rest of the week is a blend of special dinners at various New York City Nordic restaurants and 30-40 minute cooking classes at the International Culinary Center. The event is sponsored by Honest Cooking magazine.
