The 2012 International Chef's Congress will be held in New York City this fall. Participating chefs include Mario Batali, Davide Scabin and Johnny Iuzzini
This autumn New York City will host the 7th annual International Chef's Congress, an event that brings together 90 of the most innovative chefs from around the world. Hosted by Star Chefs, the congress will run from the 30th of September to 2nd of October in the Park Avenue Armory.
In a span of three days, guests will co-mingle with 3,000 industry professionals, including chefs, pastry chefs, mixologists, sommeliers. Participating famous chefs include Mario Batali, Marcus Samuelsson, Davide Scabin, Alex Stupak and Masaharu Morimoto.
Themed Origins and Frontiers: the Archaeology of Modern Cuisine, the ICC will feature dozens of hands-on workshops on the origins of different foods, business panels and cooking competitions and a chef's products fair.
Hungry guests can swing by any of the 20 food carts, 2 pop-ups and one special dinner - all prepared by 30 of the best chefs in New York City.
