The region of Margaret River, considered by many the 'jewel of South Western Australia,' is gearing up for its annual Gourmet Escape, a three-day culinary extravaganza for foodies sponsored by S.Pellegrino.
Taking place from November 21-23, the Margaret River Gourmet Escape offers visitors a change to savor fine foods, great wines, live music and fun activities, such as a dinner under the stars at Lake Cave and a Gourmet Food Trivia Night.
Participating chefs include Heston Blumenthal, who is set to open a second location of the Fat Duck in Melbourne; Australian celebrity chef Rick Stein; renown Aboriginal chef Mark Olive; foraging chef Matt Stone; and Daniel Berlin from Sweden.
