Maison Krug Comes To Milan

If you're visiting Italy this month, you can't miss a stop in Milan for an exquisite meal at Krug en Capitale Milano by La Maison Krug, 

The pop-up restaurant (S.Pellegrino is one of the friends of the event) will be located on the 27th floor of the Diamond Tower, one of the landmarks in the city's Porta Nuova district. The culinary extravaganza will be held during Milan Fashion Week from Feb. 20-26th.

Michelin-starred chef Enrico Bartolini from Devero Restaurant will prepare three gourmet menus each evening for 40 lucky guests: Unforgettable Krug Menu for 250 euros, a Sense of Krug Menu and Journey Into The Krug Universe, both for 300 euros.  Each meal will be accompanied by Krug Cuvée Champagnes.

Dishes will include regional specialties like risotto laced with gorgonzola, suckling pig with crispy shallots, and mackerel and foie gras confit with essence of mandarin. Desserts choices include lemon and raspberry tart with gelato made of goat's mik yogurt and creme brulee with berries and meringue.
