
Madrid Fusión 2019: The Incredible Chef Speaker Line-Up
Ferran Adria, Joan Roca, Rene Redzepi, Andoni Aduriz and Elena Arzak are just some of the big names taking to the stage at the end of January.
For those looking for an injection of creativity and inspiration in the new culinary year, look no further than pioneering chef conference, Madrid Fusion, from 28 to 30 January.
For three days the Spanish capital will play host to some of the biggest names in the industry with over 100 chefs arriving from across Spain and around the world to share ideas, present and explore this year's theme: "Redeveloping cooking: Changing the Rules."
Rene Redzepi, Joan Roca and Dominique Crenn are just a few of the top chefs taking to the stage to present, train, compete and award. There will be several highlights over the three days, but perhaps one of the most sought after will be Ferran Adrià giving his first presentation, of his long-anticipated elBulli 1846 project, scheduled to open later this year.
Alongside the spread of fascinating topics covered in the presentations (listed below) there will be dozens of workshops, competitions and awards, including Best Pastry Chef.
