The recurring series of guest chef collaborations will see resident Chef Hans Zahner showcasing the journey of a key ingredient within an exclusive tasting menu and hosting some very special guests.
For the launch night, Chef Hans first dinner exclusive will be in collaboration with the Michelin-starred duo, Chef Hideaki Imahashi and Patissier Shoko Hirase from L’aube Restaurant in Tokyo and showcasing the key ingredient of "yuzu."
The connection between French and Japanese cuisine dates back centuries, evolving through a mutual respect and affinity for one another’s culinary techniques, precision and passion. The unique six-course menu designed for the occasion will highlight the connection between the traditional art of French and Japanese, centred around the Japanese aromatic citrus fruit, yuzu, popular in Japanese cuisine and a precious element from the familial roots of chef Hideaki.
