International Women's Day: Celebrating Black Women in Beverage

On the occasion of International Women's Day, the James Beard Foundation is holding an online event, a discussion about the place in the Beverage Industry for women of colour. It boats a line-up of impressive women who have accomplished much in the industry so far, and have some invaluable insights for those plotting the course of a career in beverage, and established companies and brands who are looking to work on diversity.

Featuring: Beny Ashburn, CEO and co-founder, Crowns and Hops Brewing Co.; Myriam Jean-Baptiste, co-founder, LS Cream Liqueur; Chrishon Lampley, founder, Love Cork Screw; Marvina Robinson, founder and CEO, B. Stuyvesant Champagne; and moderated by LaShana Daniels, creator, Do It For The Cocktail Culture and The Libation Librarian and Ashlee Tuck, founder and editor-in-chief, Will Drink For Travel.
