International Couscous Festival 2021

After a year's break, the international Cous Cous Fest is back, celebrating couscous as an eternal symbol of peace, exchange and integration, as well as the addition of couscous to UNESCO's list of Intangible Cultural Heritage in December 2020.

Ten days of music, live cooking, and international chef competitions will take place in the village of San Vito Lo Capo in Trapani, Sicily, from 17 to 26 September, dedicated to all things couscous.
