15 of Asia's best chefs will come together in Taipei, Taiwan this September, for the first ever International Chefs Summit Asia. Here are the details.
This September, 15 of Asia’s best chefs will come together Taipei, Taiwan for a special chefs summit and a series of extraordinary banquets showcasing the best culinary talent from Asia's major cities.
Chefs in attendance at the first ever International Chefs Summit Asia (ICSA) 2017 sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna will include Asia's Best Female Chef 2016 Magarita Forés, Kirk Westaway of Singapore’s JAAN, the Bangkok-based Sühring twins, Zaiyu Hasegawa of Tokyo’s Den, and chefs from Taipei’s own Mume restaurant.
As well as four and six hands food feasts, the assembled chefs will be giving a series of lectures and cooking demonstrations, as part of a one day chef’s summit on 21 September.
With restaurants from the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list heavily represented, this is sure to be unforgettable event and will further solidify Taiwan’s growing culinary reputation.
