Identita Golose returns, in its 10th year, returns to New York city.
Italian and international women chefs who will elevate/enhance each single lecture of the program. For the first time in New York, Identità Golose and Eataly, will promote the cuisine by means of a female point of view with Antonia Klugmann, Ana Roš, Melissa J. Rodriguez, Petra Antolini, Karime Lopez and Lidia Bastianich.
Another important news of this year is the singular lectio magistralis of Massimo Bottura that will take place in the Birreria of Eataly NYC Flatiron. There will be various focuses on pizza and Carlo Cracco will arrive directly from Italy to speak about pasta.
