Identità Golose Coming To New York

The culinary congress known as Identità Golose will be in the Big Apple on October 4-6th. Participating chefs include Massimo Bottura and Mario Batali.

October is a great time to visit New York. That's when the weather gets cooler and leaves start turning into gorgeous golden hues. It is also the time when the city will welcome the 4th annual Identità Golose culinary congress which is sponsored in part by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna.

Identitá Golose will take place at Eataly on Fifth Avenue from Octobert 4th to 6th. The event combines six of Italy's most talented chefs with some of the biggest names in the Big Apple. Mario Batali, Davide Scabin, Massimo Bottura and Daniel Boulud are among the 17 participating chefs who will host six cooking seminars and two special dinners.

The chefs will use six ingredients that are common in Italian cooking but used universally in cuisines around the world: eggs, tomato, cheese, pasta, salted cod and rice. If you'd like to taste their creations or participate in the seminars, reserve your spot at
