Prepare for the annual return of the famous S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna sponsored Italian chef congress Identita Golose as it goes stateside this October. Adopting this year's theme: Don’t Waste the World will be some top chefs including: Massimo Bottura, Alex Atala and Lidia Bastianich showcasing their talents inside the iconic Eataly stores.
First stop on the tour is Eataly Chicago on 1 and 2 October, moving on to Eataly Flatiron, New York on 4,5,6 October. See the events below and be sure to book ahead to avoid missing out!
IDENTITÀ CHICAGO PROGRAM
Identità Golose returns for the third annual Identità Chicago during a two-day long event, featuring masterclasses and interactive seminars where some of Italy’s most revered chefs will join their esteemed American chef colleagues on the theme of sustainability and fighting food waste.

From October 4-6, 2016, Identità Golose returns to the big apple for the seventh annual Identità New York where chefs Lidia Bastianich, Matthew Kenney, Massimo Bottura, Alex Atala, Franco Pepe, Niko Romito and Fortunato Nicotra will lead the 2016 events over three days.
The program includes the duet "cooking lessons" as well as the first ever Dine Around night, "a progressive dinner that showcases dishes from six world famous chefs during a culinary tour that moves from restaurant to restaurant within Eataly."
