For three days, more than 50 speakers from all around the world, will be involved in talks around nine different themes. A Beyond the Market section will concentrate on primary products underlining the “simplicity” of content and form that accompanies the world since the economic crisis: the gastronomic environment is rediscovering ingredients, as shown by chefs like René Redzepi in Denmark, Gaston Acurio in Peru or Alex Atala in Brazil. All of them will take part in the Identità Golose congress. Another important section will be dedicated to the highlighting the world’s emerging chefs, between 20 and 30 years old – like the Spanish Sergio Humada, Danierl Berlin from Sweden or Stevie Parle from UK: a new generation of talents the congress is betting on.
Together with the main event, Milan will also host the Milan Food&Wine Festival: from Saturday 4th to Monday 6th February, foodies and experts will have the possibility to taste more than 300 different wines from all around the world. Sixteen chefs – like Massimo Bottura, Moreno Cedroni or Rodrigo Oliveira - will be cooking at the stoves of two different kitchens, preparing exclusive dishes for the food lovers of the city.
