Last year JBF asked three prominent industry professionals to share their vision for the future of food and the industry after the pandemic. Featuring Amy Brandwein, chef/owner of Centrolina and Piccolina in Washington D.C.; Chris Shepherd, chef/owner at Southern Smoke and One Fifth, Houston; and Joel Gamoran, chef/founder of Homemade Events, this event will explore how the pandemic has changed the industry and what challenges and opportunities the future holds.
