Chef George Bloomfield at Stoker invites chef/owner Drew Nocente of Salted & Hung (Singapore) to collaborate for two exclusive dinners on 17 and 18 December in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The 'cooking meat with fire' experience of chef Bloomfield will join the in-house curing and grilling expertise of Australian chef Nocente where meat magic is guaranteed to happen in the wood-fired grill of the Vietnamese restaurant.
