Ana Ros (Hisa Franko, Slovenia) is first up to cook with resident Chef Vicky Lau at the Tate Dining Room in Hong Kong in a series of guest chef dinners with some of the world's leading female chefs. Book a spot for one of these unique dinners.

TATE Dining Room has announced a series of exclusive chef collaborations in the coming New Year with an all-female cast.

Chef Ana Ros from Hisa Franko in Slovenia is first up to cook with chef-patron Vicky Lau in two exclusive dinners on 16 and 17 January.

These two evenings will offer the unique opportunity to find out what happens when two highly acclaimed chefs from opposite sides of the globe share their talents in the kitchen.

Michelin starred TATE Dining Room’s all-female chefs’ residence program launches in tandem with The World’s 50 Best Restaurants’ “50-50” initiative to support gender parity in the restaurant industry. 50 Best has pledged to contribute towards fostering a "more inclusive environment in which expert female voices can thrive."
