World Gourmet summit 2019, Singapore
Until 12 May 2019
Singapore is in full swing with the arrival of the annual haute cuisine event, World Gourmet Summit, in partnership with S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna. Until 12 May, the city will be hosting a number of guest chefs and fine dining events across various venues and restaurants in the city, celebrating fine cuisine, excellent wines and wonderful dining experiences. This year the event also champions "sustainability" in the Gastronomy World.

Sapori Ticino 2019
Ongoing until 16 June 2019
The Swiss haute cuisine food festival S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino is back with an illustrious line up of chefs and lakeside dinners this year, on until 16 June 2019. A series of world-class evenings hosted in exclusive hotels, restaurants and bars set against the spectacular backdrop of the Swiss canton of Ticino, Switzerland with dinner dates for the diary until its close.

Tutto Food, Milan, Italy
3 to 5 May 2019
The third edition of Milano Food City is the biggest event dedicated to food and food culture returns to the city from 3 to 9 May, inspired by the creative genius Leonardo da Vinci. During four days of food inspired topics, debates, innovation and education this is the one stop shop for professionals and food enthusiasts.

Milano Food Week
3 to 9 May 2019
Milano Food City 2019 is the spin off event that animates the city with hundreds of events dedicated to food, including events, tastings and special initiatives, from 3 to 9 May. Now in its tenth edition, the event involves the entire city, from the center to the suburbs. How does that look in numbers? As many as 40 chefs, 4 kitchens, 10 themes will deliver over 100 events in 7 days.

Slow Fish, Genova, Italy
9 to 12 May 2019
Slow Fish, the Slow Food and Liguria Region biennial event dedicated to fish and marine resources, returns to Genoa from 9 to 12 May with its ninth edition. This year's event focuses on "The sea: a common good". All the action will take place at the Porto Antico in the Slow Fish Arena - where chefs, fishermen, researchers, artisans, companies and experts from the international Slow Food network will gather to share their stories and everyday commitment to protecting the sea, with big or small steps. e tastings, meetings, shows, workshops for children, dinners and a large market and dining appointments.

Chef Mauro Colagreco and guest chef Julien Royer, Chef and co-owner of two Michelin starred Odette in Singapore, will be cooking together at Mirazur for one exclusive night only.
