Join chef Andrea Spagoni from Michelin Starred Beefbar Hong Kong as he cooks two very special dinners at Rossini’s in Bangkok on 1 and 2 March.
The renowned Italian chef will be serving an enticing 5-course menu of signature dishes to enjoy in Rossini’s enchanting Tuscan villa setting. Dishes include Amberjack tuna carpaccio and sea urchin, and traditional beef tartare served bistro style. There will also be homemade Kobe beef ravioli, and a duo of American prime Black Angus striploin and Australian Wagyu bavette. The Michelin starred menu will end with a divine dessert of tiramisu mascarpone chocolate heart.

This innovative caffeine fuelled festival is a calendar highlight for coffee enthusiasts around the world. More than one hundred stands with coffee related products, a food market, DJ’s, caffeine-fuelled cocktails and unlimited tasting opportunities make the Dutch capital the place to be from 1 to 5 March.

Diego Munoz European Pop up Tour
4 March Onwards 2019
Pioneering Peruvian chef Diego Munoz will start his European tour this month bringing a taste of his culinary exploration to London, Moscow and Istanbul.
The Executive Chef at The Bodrum EDITION will create a unique menu in each city together with award-winning chefs, Jason Atherton, Ivan & Sergey Berezutskiy and Maksut Aşkar.
Previously Head Chef of Astrid & Gastón – which reached #14 on the World's Best Restaurants List and #1 on the Latin American 50 Best Restaurants List – Muñoz now also leads the experimental ATMAN project in Lima.

World 50 Best Japanese Chef Zaiyu Hasegawa will create a 4-hands dinner with Dmitry Eremeev, Chef of "Turandot" restaurant in an unmissable fusion Asian and European gastronomic cultures in Moscow on 5 March, by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna.
The #1 chef in Japan, # 2 in Asia, and owner of famous Japanese restaurant Den (2*Michelin) and World 50 Best Restaurants # 17 Zaiyu Hasegawa will cook a dinner of 8 courses with Dmitry Eremeev. Each Chef will present 4 dishes with a Wine pairing presented be L-wine company.
Cold appetisers include some exciting ideas like a new version of an iconic Japanese dessert "Monaka" with a filling of miso-marinated foie gras, dried fruits and Japanese pickles from Zaiyu and salmon tartare with black caviar and crispy salsify from Dmitry Eremeev. While hot appetisers include fried DFC chicken wings, served in a take-away box from Zaiyu and ravioli with crab with the side of an artichoke under Tom Kha sauce from Dmitry Eremeev.
Main courses include: Russian-style tuna sashimi with caviar and beetroot and smoked eel with shiso. Exquisite desserts will complete the taste experience: Star Come Backs– fried ice cream with black truffle, custard and milk foam from Zaiyu and Melba with green tea mousse from Dmitriy Eremeev.

Michelin Starred Chef Four Hands Collaboration, Azure 45, The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo
Chef Shintaro Miyazaki of Azure 45 and Chef Hideaki Sato of Ta Vie will join forces to create a unique lunch and dinner on a spring-theme in celebration of Sakura Season at The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo on 21 March.
In the spirit of the upcoming cherry blossom season, the “Spring” theme will be reflected in the unique menu incorporating seasonal ingredients like white asparagus from France, green asparagus from Japan, strawberry, and sakura; as well as fresh seafood like abalone, sea urchin, crab, and whelk.
The first course includes a Hanami Bento Box-like amuse created by the chefs together. Following which each chef will also prepare signature dishes, including a Civet braised abalone from chef Sato and a Ris de veau from chef Miyazaki.
