Michelin-starred chef comes to New York - 7 to 9 December

New York City’s street food scene will welcome Chan Hon Meng, the chef behind the Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice and Noodle hawker stall in Singapore, which was awarded a Michelin star earlier in the year and was quickly afforded the title of world’s cheapest Michelin meal, will be cooking in NYC 7 to 9 December at Tiger STREATS. Find out how to make a reservation.
