NYC restaurant week continues apace, finishing mid-month, meaning you still have plenty of time to take advantage of this spectacular dining opportunity. Over 380 restaurants across the city are offering special price menus and opening up a world deliciousness!

Sanpellegrino and Acqua Panna present talented young Thai chef, Thitid “Ton” Tassanakajohn, from Bangkok's Le Du at KOH Thai Kitchen & Bar, Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui for two exclusive evenings only.
Taking leave of his produce-driven restaurant at number 14 in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2018 in the Thai capital, Ton is all set to dazzle on the island, with a menu that includes: local sea bass with his own chilli paste, oysters with Thai rice wine, grouper with a chu-chee sauce made from fish and spices, a Southern Thai curry with crab and ant larvae, local dry-aged beef with cassia leaves, and a duck-egg custard.
Chef Ton will also be leading a culinary masterclass on 4 August sharing his trade secrets, tips and techniques to keen foodies, so don't miss out on the chance to learn from one of the best.

Andronis Gastronomy Festival, Santorini, Greece, Various Dates
This month sees a spread of spectacular sea view dinners all taking place in restaurants on the mesmerising Greek island of Santorini. Three Michelin starred French chef, Frederic Anton, will be cooking at restaurant Lycabettus, as will Paolo Casagrande, from Lasarte in Barcelona and elBulli trained David Garcia, while Jacob Jan Boerma will cook at Lauda restaurant, as will three Michelin starred Emmanuel Renaut.

Four Hands Dinner with Ray Adriansyah and Jim Ophorst, Phuket, Thailand, 25 August, 2018
