Exciting Chef Pop up Series Arrives in Siam Paragon, Bangkok
Italian chefs, the Costardi brothers and pastry chef Fabrizio Fiorani will all feature at Bangkok's luxury retail complex in November. Find out how to book.
Michelin-starred chefs will create a buzz in Bangkok's Siam Paragon this month in an exciting new "Cross Concept pop-up series" in collaboration with Acqua Panna and S.Pellegrino.
The luxury retail complex will host the first installment of international guest chef "takeovers" in unique sweet and savoury dining experiences. Taking place in dedicated restaurants and luxury food outlets throughout the centre, hungry shoppers will be spoilt for choice with exclusive lunches, dinners and masterclasses to dip in and out of in between retail therapy.
The series kicks off in November 2018, with Italian chefs, the Costardi Brothers cooking at AMICI Restaurant, followed by pastry chef, Fabrizio Fiorani giving a masterclass at Ladurée later in the month. Details below.

Brothers Christian and Manuel Costardi were born in Vercelli, Northern Italy and began their career working at their grandfather’s Hotel Cinzia, for which they earnt a Michelin star in 2009. The sibling duo is also two of the founding members of the association of the ‘Ambassadors of Taste’ organisation.

Those with a sweet tooth will want to check out pastry chef Fabrizio Fiorani's chocolate Masterclass with the added bonus of afternoon tea and dessert dinner on 23 and 24 November 2018 at Ladurée, M Floor, Siam Paragon.
Italian born chef Fabrizio Fiorani trained in some of the most renowned Michelin-starred restaurants in Italy, including the three Michelin star La Pergola in Rome before heading overseas. He has since worked with Heinz Beck in Tokyo, before being appointed pastry chef of Bulgari Tokyo-Osaka in 2015 and teaming up with Executive Chef Luca Fantin at the Michelin-rated IL Ristorante (No.28 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list).
