Enjoy A Special Seafood Lunch at S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino 2013

Already in its second week the S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino 2013 is gaining momentum. The month-long culinary extravaganza brings together some of Europe's greatest chefs who gather to cook in the picturesque Swiss canton of Ticino. This year's program includes seven dinners, two special seafood lunches and three lounge nights.

S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino 2013 kicked off April 7th with an extravagant gala at Villa Principe Leopoldo Hotel & Spa, a five-star boutique hotel with gorgeous views of Lake Lugano. Guests were treated to exquisite cuisine from Dario Ranza, Ivo Adam, Andrea Bertarini, Marco Ghioldi, Egidio Iadonisi, Antonio Fallini and René Nagy.

Themed Berlin in Ticino, the string of culinary events features the cuisine of visiting chefs from Berlin who work alongside local talent to produce mouthwatering dishes. The chefs visiting from Berlin are: Christian Lohse, Philip Jay Meisel, Michael Kempf, Hendrik Otto, Matthias Diether, Sonja Fruhsammer and Marco Muller.

The next scheduled events for S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino 2013 will be two very special seafood lunches. The first will be held on April 20th at Locanda Boschetto, a charming rustic restaurant known for its wonderful fish dishes. The second will be held on April 27th at Locanda Orico, one of the best restaurants in Ticino.

S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino 2013 will come to a grand finale on May 12th. The occasion will be celebrated with a special dinner prepared at the Grand Hotel Eden in Lugano.
