The spanish chef Paco Roncero will be cooking in London this march as The Club at Hotel Café Royal launches a new event called The Domino Effect. To celebrate Café Royal’s 150th Anniversary, they will invite a number of guest chefs from around the world to cook for a limited time at The Club.
First up is Roncero who on March 18th will cook a seven course tasting menu alongside the restaurants executive head chef Andrew Turner. In Spring brothers Manuel and Christian Costardi from Italy will take the helm with other chefs set to continue the Domino Effect.
Some of the menu items for the first event include: Pisco sour snacks, a squid risotto and curry oils, mango egg and a dish of anjous, pigeon and cassis.
