Contemporary Oz themed Four Hands Dinner at Freebird Bangkok
Dallas Cuddy from Bangkok's Freebird and Drew Nocente of Singapore’s Salted & Hung restaurant will present a unique 8 course, four hands dinner on 31 March.
Contemporary Australian cuisine will be showcased during an exclusive S.Pellegrino sponsored four hands dinner at Freebird in Bangkok, featuring Dallas Cuddy from Freebird and Drew Nocente of Singapore’s Salted & Hung restaurant on 31 March 2017.
The eight-course menu presented on the night will be a one off opportunity for both chefs to showcase the very best in modern Australian food in the spectacular setting of the Freebird restaurant, located in a beautiful old house, complete with garden, in an oasis set inside the busy Thailand capital.
Italian-Australian guest chef Nocente will bring his passion for open fire cooking and grilling from his recently opened Salted & Hung restaurant, where he also specialises in in-house curing. Working alongside him will be fellow Australian native and resident executive chef Cuddy with his take on modern Australian fare influenced by his time spent working and travelling through Europe, Asia and of course his homeland.
