Coming Soon: Madrid Fusion Festival of Gastronomy 2016

Madrid is ramping up to become the world capital of gastronomy for three days, from January 25 to 27, in its 14th annual Madrid Fusion-International Gastronomic Summit at the Palacio Municipal De Congresos.

Bringing together a stellar line-up of internationally renowned chefs and new talent, as well as good food enthusiasts in general, the multicultural event hosts exciting presentations, wine tasting sessions, workshops, demonstrations and chef competitions, all aimed at encouraging debate and reflection on world gastronomy.

An exciting line up of top Spanish chefs includes the Roca Brothers, Elena Arzak, Adoni Luis Aduriz and Ángel León to name but a few.

Internationally renowned chefs on the guest speakers list include, Daniel Humm, Will Guidara and Grant Achatz who all have a prestigious place on The World's 50 Best Restaurants, plus many more.
