Coming Soon: Identità Golose Milan 2015

The 11th edition of Identità Golose, Italy's most renown food congress, will bring some of the world's most famous chefs to the streets of Milan. With three days dedicated to gourmet cuisine and friendly debates, Identità Golose Milan will take place from Sunday February 8th to Tuesday 10th at Milano Congressi, the largest convention center in Europe.

Themed Healthy Intelligence, the prestigious congress will focus on 'natural' cuisine and feature the participation of world-class chefs like Virgilio Martinez from Central (Latin America's best restaurant); legendary French chef Alain Ducasse; Michelin-starred Italian chefs Massimo Bottura, Carlo Cracco, Enrico Crippa, and Davide Scabin; Eleven Madison Park's Daniel Humm and Will Guidara; and New York chefs Alex Stupak and Daniel Burns.
