The Dutch Avantgarde Cuisine Festival welcomes a number of world famous chefs for two days of top level masterclasses.
The third edition of ‘Chefs(R)evolution’, billed as the "Dutch avant-garde cuisine festival", will take place on Sunday the 18th and Monday the 19th of September 2016 in and around restaurant De Librije and Theater De Spiegel in Zwolle, the Netherlands.
Get your tickets here to tantalise your tastebuds and experience fine dining at the exclusive event, organised by Jonnie and Thérèse Boer of Restaurant De Librije, in collaboration with the team of Port Culinaire and Thomas & Carola Ruhl.
An impressive guest chef line-up of some of the world's best chefs includes Mauro Colagreco, Vladimir Mukhin and Virgilio Martinez.
During the Chefs(R)evolution demonstrations international star chefs will present their cuisine, international flair and unique personal interpratation of fine cuisine via interactive demonstrations.
