Chef Olivier Limousin will be guest chef at Brasserie Louis inside the Rosewood Hotel in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, for one exclusive dinner on 18 October.

The French chef brings with him a wealth of experience garnered in top kitchens all over the world, from Paris to Bangkok, offering guests his well-honed expertise.
