The French chef from three Michelin starred Le Bristol Paris celebrates a decade of stars at the Chefs Club New York showcasing the best in French cuisine for five days.
Eric Frechon, who is celebrating twenty years at Le Bristol in Paris and ten years of three Michelin stars, will be in New York and cooking for five exclusive nights at the prestigious Chefs Club.
From 5 to 9 November, the chef will orchestrate five dinners around a signature menu, recounting his story at the famous Parisian hotel.
