Cheese 2019

Over 300 exhibitors from around the world will convene in Bra in northern italy, for tastings, pairings, workshops and presentations on all things fromage.

Dairy lovers, prepare for the return of Slow Food's biennial event dedicated to "Cheese". The 12th edition of the  festival celebrating  all things fromage, will take over the town of Bra in Piedmont, Italy from 20 to 23 September.

From breakfast time to aperitivo time revellers will be treated to four full days the heady scent of fromage, from raw milk cheese and dairy products to tastings and workshops, as the entire town comes alive with cheese lovers.

This year's theme is "Natural is possible" with a focus on the biodiversity of enzymes and bacteria, in the natural production of cheese and wine.

New for this edition is an area dedicated to small producers: artisanal farmers that only work with the milk from their animals.
