Over 300 exhibitors from around the world will convene in Bra in northern italy, for tastings, pairings, workshops and presentations on all things fromage.
Dairy lovers, prepare for the return of Slow Food's biennial event dedicated to "Cheese". The 12th edition of the festival celebrating all things fromage, will take over the town of Bra in Piedmont, Italy from 20 to 23 September.
From breakfast time to aperitivo time revellers will be treated to four full days the heady scent of fromage, from raw milk cheese and dairy products to tastings and workshops, as the entire town comes alive with cheese lovers.
This year's theme is "Natural is possible" with a focus on the biodiversity of enzymes and bacteria, in the natural production of cheese and wine.
New for this edition is an area dedicated to small producers: artisanal farmers that only work with the milk from their animals.

The usual Italian and international market, with more than 300 exhibitors from all over the globe, in addition to the Via degli affinatori and Piazza del Gelato, with some must-try ice cream creations.
Taste workshops on different themes, from pairing with wines, like Barbaresco and mountain Parmigiano Reggiano to Piedmontese white wines paired with milk from Campania buffaloes, including mozzarella, ricotta and the analysis of national and international cheeses, for example Ireland and Australia: Raw Milk and Cheesemakers who resist.
Exclusive Dinners- for those staying the night there are several dining events to four dinners to be held in the vicinity and the home of Slow food including chef Eugenio Boer creating a dinner based on the forms of milk and pasta, from amuse-bouche to dessert.
