
Bouffe ton Centro: Quebec's Biggest Street Food Festival Arrives
The streets of downtown Sherbrooke will come alive with regional epicurean delights and entertainment on 5 and 6 August.
Quebec's largest street food festival "Bouffe Ton Centro" descends on the streets of downtown Sherbrooke for its fourth consecutive year of epicurean delights on 5 and 6 August.
Expected to attract some 20,000 food lovers from all four corners of Quebec, the streets of the southern city will turn into a foodie paradise with over 60 exhibitors and chefs arriving to showcase some of the finest food in Quebec.
Events kick off on the 5th with various eats served at the ticket entry only party by 10 guest chefs along with beers and wines offered by the microbrewery Le Siboire, Vineyard Orpailleur and Domaine Pinnacle and music by Orange O'Clock, Eagle Dance and DJ Miss Charlie.
The street festival takes place on 6 August with a spectrum of activities including some 50 restaurants and a food corner, cooking workshops, tastings, entertainment street, inflatable games, a skateboard competition and exhibition of artistic work of Amalgam Festival on deck Grandes-Fourches.
